Summary: Everything we needed was there ! Roomy home . Host answered me immediately when I had a question. Lovely vacation property and views , beach were amazing. Would book again in future. We were all quite happy with this vacation home.

Summary: Had a good time at this beautiful location with the private beach! This house is very spacious and had a place for everyone in our group of 14. The only thing i recommend to the host that he need to get some good bedding for the guest. The sleep was not comfortable on the bouncing mattresses.

Summary: It was a great pleasure to stay at this property. The home was very spacious and comfortable and had very nice decorative touches. The cook in our group enjoyed the large, well equipped kitchen. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun. We would definitely rent again. (Note -there is now a hammock instead of a trampoline and there are 4 flights of stairs from beach to home.)

Summary: We had a wonderful experience. The Magnificent Beach House was everything advertised. It was beautiful, room for everyone and beach was the nicest we’ve experienced in the area, shallow and sandy. Twice messaged owner with a question and he promptly replied. Very happy we chose this vacation rental.

Summary: Our host, Dr. John was very nice, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. The beach was beautiful and the water was warm. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The house is spacious and all 14 of us had an amazing time together. The kids can't wait to go back next year.

Summary: My family just spent a week at this property and did not find any issues as described in the last review. It was clean. All faucets and plumbing worked as it should. We had an issue with bbq one day and John was there within the hour to fix even though I told him not worry about it: No question, you are paying for the location. Which is how real estate works:. This place is all about the beach and the views. But we found the house very charming: and our teenagers loved the vintage vibe.. it is spacious, beds comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. If you want modern and new, you will pay a lot more for same location. I grew up in the region and private beaches in the area are not easy to come by. We would rent again.
